Corporate Users: The PREPAID Package This Package is a low budget Option of the Basic Package. The
interface and features remains the same except for SMS RIPOSTE Utility, the
Payment plan and Tariff is fixed. The Special features for Corporate
Users SMS Web-space are as follows:- <Compose SMS Page> :
this page, gives you the best tools in a single view itself and with minimum mouse-clicks you can send SMS’ to one, few or
many numbers. ü Quick Notes: Select the
predefined Message Template here. ü Scheduler: Make an advance booking of
an SMS to sent at a later date and time, click on the calendar Icon. ü Type Text: Type the text
that needs to be sent as the SMS. For each SMS you may type 160 English
characters and 70 Arabic Characters inclusive of space. ü
Character Count: Find the exact number characters being used in the message. ü Manual entry of Mobile: You may
manually enter the mobile number of
those recipients not present in the Address book. Please enter the number in
International format that is with country code without “00” Example UAE mobile
: 971501234567 or India mobile:919XXX1234567 If there are more than one number
to enter please separate them using a comma“,” Example: 971501234567,
919XXX1234567, ü Address book Tree: Select the
Recipients by just a mouse click. Using the tree view, you may select an entire
group or choose just a few from them. Notice a cool feature: that if you pause
the mouse over a contact’s Name it will show the mobile number as a ‘tool tip’ ü Message Count: This field displays total number of SMS accounted for the
current message that is being composed, each SMS can accommodate not more than
160 English characters and 70 Arabic Characters inclusive of space. Certain
Mobile Phone instruments allow viewing of multiple SMS as a single message; MSG
allows a maximum of 3SMS to be composed as a single message. However, the
charge of SMS is in accordance with the number of characters. ü Recipient Count: This field displays the total number of recipients inclusive of
the manually entered numbers. <Address Book>: this page, gives you the flexibility to manage your contacts.
Add new contacts, Edit details, shuffle contacts to groups. You can
conveniently upload up to 1000 Contacts into each Group from an Excel Sheet. One excel file should be created for
each group. Please make sure that the worksheet contains two columns with the
headers as "name" and "mobile" and the worksheet name is
"address". Note: The name should be at least 2
characters and the mobile number should be valid. <Quick Note>: this page, gives you the freedom to Create, Edit, Delete and
Store message templates so that you can save time and effort without retyping.
You may customize a message and keep it ready to make your own campaign by
combining the Scheduler on the <Send SMS> page. <Activity List>: this page, takes you to the Message Outbox which gives you the
report of the latest activity of your messages, sent and scheduled. You can
modify or delete a scheduled message from here. You can view the contents of
the text by clicking on the underlined text –in the Message Column. Likewise
you may view the status and details of the numbers to which the message has
been delivered, by clicking on the underlined number in the Recipients Column. <Detail Reports>: this page, gives you the overall reports including the summary
of Mpoints utilized, and balance. The

need to organize your contacts in the Address book the way you wish to. You may
maintain an unlimited number of contacts in various code-named groups. ü Unlimited Quick Notes: You may create and save unlimited number
of Quick-Notes to be used as message templates. ü Scheduler: The flexibility of scheduling a message is a default
feature, available only for Corporate users. ü SMS Riposte: This unique feature let’s you have an SMS/Internet
based corporate identity similar to your unique PO-Box No. or an Email ID. ü Better Tariffs: As a Corporate user you will enjoy reduced
tariffs depending on the usage. Personal Users have fixed tariff of 15Fils for
Local and 25 Fils for International. ü Multi-level Reports: You can review your messaging activity
using the elaborate multilevel reports. ü Additional Customizing options like Unique SenderID ETC, are
available only for Corporate users. ü Post-Paid Contract: As a corporate entity we honor your business
and provide the services on contractual basis Invoicing after a agreed period
of days 7,21,30 or 60days. You do not have to pay us in advance for sending
bulk SMS. However there will be a threshold credit level assigned by our
Accounts department. Quotation ü Sign Up Fees: There will be a One time Sign-up Fees of AED500
for availing this facility. ü No recurring or other
monthly/Annual fees ü Mpoints must be purchased in advance Via Cash, Cheque or Credit Card. for a
minimum amount of AED500
(1Mpoint=1Fils) ü Fixed Tariff of AED 0.13
per SMS. A Pricing agreement and Terms of Service has
to signed, Under a Corporate Contract by representatives of the Customer and of
Abu Dhabi Call. |
