MSG.AE tie-up with UAE Exchange.
From the 1st of Nov 2006, all Users of MSG.AE can now
purchase/recharge their accounts from any of the 36 branches of UAE Exchange.
Once again
MSG.AE brings a great facility for their valued customers. All members of MSG.AE
can recharge their account- that is purchase Mpoints from the convenient
locations of UAE Exchange branches.
UAE Exchange
a member of the prestigious NMC Group is very well known for their professional
expertise in the area of financial services. We at MSG.AE are delighted to have
UAE Exchange as our primary Dealer network.
The
procedure for purchasing Mpoints in UAE Exchange is made very simple. Once
inside the branch of UAE Exchange, just proceed to any agent at the counter and
mention your MSG.AE username and the amount you wish to recharge. Typically
your MSG.AE username would be your mobile number. For Corporate customers of
MSG.AE they can mention the spelling of their MSG.AE user name. The agent will
generate a voucher for you with the details as required, please cross check the
username and amount is printed correctly then proceed to the cash counter and
pay the cash along with this Voucher. The cashier will accept the cash and give
you a receipt for the transaction. Just to be sure please re-confirm is if the
amount and user name are correctly printed on the Receipt. Finally to complete
your payment procedure you will receive an SMS from MSG.AE thanking you for
“recharging your account with XXXX Mpoints” The whole process will take not
more than 10 Minutes provided there is no waiting @ the counter.
The following are the recharge options
available :-
AED 10 = 1000 Mpoints
AED20 = 2000 Mpoints
AED50 = 5500 Mpoints
AED100 = 11000 Mpoints
AED 250 = 27500 Mpoints
The minimum
amount for recharge is AED10 and Maximum Amount is AED 3000. UAE Exchange will
not be able to refund of any amount under any circumstances, if there is any grievance

call 02-6714050 or visit us at our office, along with the cash receipt.
